Return Policy

Returns are excepted for a period of 30 days from date of order.   A 100% refund will be issued if the product is still in the original packaging and has no evidence of being used.  Customer pays the cost for the return.  Refunds will be issued 3 to 5 business from date return is received.   No refund will be issued for opened or used products.   Otter Quest Games warranties its products for a period of 30 days due to manufacturer defect.    A no cost replacement will be given for the part(s) at no cost if the issue is due to manufacturer defect.   Please contact hello@otterquestgames.com with issues, concerns, questions or suggestions.
